Our Mission
RedDirt Precision Ag is here to provide and educate farmers on using proper tools and sound agronomic decisions to do more with less; mirroring the reality that farmers in the Texas Panhandle face year in and year out. As well as to help prolong the region's ability to successfully produce agricultural products sustainably and economically.

Joaquin Vallejo, Owner
Joaquin is a transplant to the Texas Panhandle, but considers this place much more than home. He was originally born in Ecuador and has lived throughout the continental United States and yet the flatlands of the High Plains of Texas are by far his favorite.
Joaquin's happy place is in the middle of a cotton field and luckily lives in the cotton capital of the world. His love for those little pseudo-annual trees, that create the fiber of our lives, seems to have no end and to a degree is obsessive, but in the best way possible!
Joaquin aims and aspires to do all and everything he possibly can do, to help the farmers of Texas High Plains as they face new and ever evolving challenges.
Kylie Grett, Operations Manager
Kylie has lived in the Panhandle for the last 7 years and has been able to build a career and a family in that time. Kylie's husband and boys are all tractor and farm obsessed and for good reason, living among some of the biggest fields they've ever seen.
